Genie Commerce is in pilot. This page states how the product handles data today. It is not a substitute for the data-processing terms agreed in writing per pilot.

Your catalog files

Genie reads the storage source you connect with read-only, scoped credentials. Files are never moved, renamed or written back, and Genie does not delete anything in your storage.

Generated assets

Images generated for you land in Genie's own storage, scoped to your organization, together with their lineage: source image, references, model, rule version and the person who approved them.

What leaves the platform

To generate an image, downscaled reference images are sent to the generation engine for the duration of that job. Nothing else about your catalog is sent to third parties.

What this site collects

This page only collects what you type into the pilot form: name, work email, company, storefront URL, approximate SKU count and where your assets live. It is delivered to us by email through Formspree, our form provider, and we use it to reply to you. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and you are not added to an automated email sequence.
